1. Scope
These terms govern every business or person offering services, products or equipment through Qitaat, or joining Qitaat membership as a partner. They are read with the general terms, the terms of the section the provider works in, and the payments, escrow and commission terms.
2. Registration and verification
- A business starts as "being set up" until it meets the requirements of its roles and sends them for review; the verification team then approves it, asks for completion, or rejects it with a reason.
- The provider must keep its legal name, commercial registration, VAT number, licences and documents accurate and renew them before they expire. Changing them after approval is by a request decided by the verification team.
- The verified badge and its level reflect what the Platform reviewed and do not guarantee the quality of the work.
- A profile prepared for a provider by the Qitaat team before it registers is taken over by the provider through a request with proof, and its verification does not start before the takeover.
3. Public profile
- What the provider publishes in its profile (activities, branches, coverage, portfolio, products, brands and photos) is its responsibility and must be accurate and owned by it or used with permission.
- Contact details are shown publicly on a reveal request with a reason, and the Platform may translate texts and improve how photos are displayed.
- Appearing in the directory, search results and matching follows published rules, including completeness, verification, performance and coverage.
4. Provider obligations
- Submit genuine offers and honour them and their timing.
- Perform work professionally under the contract, the law and safety requirements, with lawful, qualified workers.
- Honour published prices in quick services and packages, and attend binding appointments.
- Protect customers' data and not use it for anything other than the transaction.
- Not circumvent the Platform's commission or safeguards, and not ask for payment outside the agreed route.
- Respond to disputes and tickets within their time limits.
5. Commission and subscription
- The Platform earns commission on transactions under the provider's published commission agreement and the transaction's section; it is deducted from the payment on release in the escrow route, and invoiced to the provider in the external route.
- Some services and limits depend on the subscription package, and a paid package is activated only when its invoice is paid.
- The quick services no-show fine applies under its published settings.
6. Payouts to the provider
The provider's dues are paid to its approved bank account (IBAN) by a payout order approved by one officer and transferred by another, after release and after deducting commission, holds and fines due. The provider is responsible for the accuracy of its bank details.
7. Membership partners
- A membership partner is an active business that meets the requirements of its category and signs its country's published agreement.
- An offer is submitted as a version approved by the Platform, not by its submitter, and the published version remains until the new one is approved.
- The partner must provide the published perk to every eligible member, and its staff see only the member's first name and the offers.
8. Performance and suspension
The provider's performance is assessed by published indicators, and the Platform may suspend its listing or account for repeated no-shows, documented complaints, expired documents or breach of these terms, notifying it of the reason.
